Impression Prints provides customized packaging solutions including but not limited to mono cartons, corrugated boxes, tapes, stickers, and labels. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Approvals
All orders are subject to confirmation. Production begins only after design approval and advance payment. Clients must review proofs carefully before final confirmation. Impression Prints is not responsible for errors once the design has been approved.
4. Pricing & Taxes
Prices are quoted based on current material and production costs. Taxes, transportation, or other applicable charges will be communicated separately and must be borne by the client.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays due to material availability, logistics, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Impression Prints will not be liable for any consequential loss due to delays.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, artworks, or materials created by Impression Prints remain our property unless transferred in writing. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logo, or design provided does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the value of the product or service purchased. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from use or inability to use our products.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone for any reason, including violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Far.
