1. Payment Methods
We accept payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque, and recognized digital payment gateways.
2. Advance & Balance
50% advance payment is required to initiate production.
The remaining 50% balance is due before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Pricing Validity
All quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary with changes in raw material or printing costs.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds are issued only if an error is proven to be from our side and the product remains unused.
5. Late Payments
Delayed payments may attract interest charges or order hold until dues are cleared.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any payment-related disputes will be settled amicably; failing which, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
